Ingredients:
For about 5 waffles
Wet incredients in glass bowl
- 3 tablespoons unsalted butter – melt in microwave
- 1/2 cup plain yogurt (or see note)
- 1/2-2/3 cup milk (or 1.5 cups milk and no yoghurt)
- 2 large eggs
Dry ingredients in separate mixing bowl:
- 1 cups/120g all-purpose flour
- 1/2 TABLESPOON sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon fine sea salt
- 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
Mix everthing for 3min,
1 cup per waffle into waffle iron – ~2min cook time on ‘4’
