VERTS is a new Doener Kebap chain, started in Austin by two Germans: Michael and Dominik.
They have a la carte Doeners and here’s how I usually order my delicious Doener:
- Doener Kebap with beef and lamp
- double meat
- Garlic sauce
- Cabbage
- Onion
- Cucumber
- Jalopeneos
- Bellpepper
- Top it off with spicy red sauce
The result is a deliciously spicy and hearty meal.
I usually get a small order of falaffels on the side with vinaigrette sauce to dip in.
