I caught a stomach bug (apparently from Ro’s new school). Punctually after 48 hours of incubation period, the stomach cramps started, followed by violet vomiting, and 6 hours later a complete emptying of the intestines in flush mode, commonly referred to as diarrhea. I lost 6 lbs within 36 hours and never got any further away than 30ft from the bathroom. Interestingly my head was fine (other than for the headaches from dehydration), but it’s really amazing to watch your body pull the plug to get rid of a stomach virus. Fascinating.
